- Understand full cycle of operations of Online Property Management
- Be able to handle communications (messages and calls) with guests in specific languages
- Be able to operate on Property Management System (PMS)
- Be able to operate on Online Travel Agency (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc.
- Be able to deliver high quality customer service
- Be able to work independently
- High problem solving skills
- Strong Ho-Ren-So skills
- Strong awareness of information security
