SPACIANET CO.,LTD. registered in Cambodia with the core service called “AirXpress” provides remotely-operated “online guest communication agency service” to Minpaku (private lodging) in Japan both individual hosts and institutional hosts (management companies). Our operators are available to support guests from the majority of OTAs actively operating in Asia including Airbnb, Booking.com, Rakuten Travel, Agoda, Ctrip, Expedia etc. With a highly customized in-house built system, we aim to provide a digital-friendly and timely service to our guests. With high demand, we are looking for many talented candidates to join us as Customer Engagement Officer (so called Operator).
Role and Responsibilities:
Understand full cycle of operations of Online Property Management
Be able to handle communications (messages and calls) with guests in specific languages
Be able to operate on Property Management System (PMS)
Be able to operate on Online Travel Agency (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc.
Be able to deliver high quality customer service
Be able to work independently
Requirements
Fluent in any selected Language (Japanese or English or Chinese or Korean)
Basic English Language is required for all roles
Sufficient computer literacy to perform the job
Good problem solving skills
Strong Ho-Ren-So skills
Strong awareness of information security
Commit to Company 5 core values.
Working Hours
Full-time Morning Shift (8am-6pm) or
Part-time Evening Shift (5pm-10pm) or
Part-time Mid-night Shift (10pm-7am).

Salary Range: 200-500 usd for English Language
