How to book for meeting/conference room?
You can book our space through website or FB Page.
How about I just only rent 1/2 hours within your rental service shift? How much is it?
The rental service fee is still counted as half day charge if the customer books only 1 or 2 hours within the shift we provide for.
What is the cancelation policy?
Spacianet will charge the customer 30% of total payment if cancellation made 7 full days prior to the event date, 50% of total payment if less than 7 full days prior to the event date, and 100% of total payment on the event date.
Will the room set up before I arrive? Screen reader support enabled.
Sure, your reserved room will be set up successfully, you just arrive and conduct your meeting/event.
Any event/meeting room set up consultation?
Sure, our team is warmly providing you with free consultation of room set up in both professional & productive way.
Is there any discussing topic restricted?
Any topic regarding to racism, discrimination, or violation movement, it is not allowed.
What do you mean by having forever power supply?
During conducting every event, having the power supply is a big part of event success. Therefore, we care about the progress of your meeting/conference as well as your business success, SpaciaNet will have a sustainable electricity supply even if there is the power disruption by EDC occasionally.
Is there any parking space for my vehicles?
Yes, you may use designated parking spot at the DTT Office Building or in front of Building A, Koh Pich for the period of conducting event here.
Where exactly is your space located at?
Spacianet is located in the heart of Phnom Penh city, Diamond Island. Its address is at DTT Tower, 15th floor, Diamond Island, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Is there any available room for looking after kids during the meeting period?
No, it is not. Yet, you can request to use another room, and we will make extra charge accordingly.

You can goto our website-SpaciaNet.com, then you will see messenger box. Please click on it, then address your concerns or needs. SpaciaNet team will receive your problems.
During event how can I talk about my problem or something else i need?
You still can go to our website-SpaciaNet.com, click on the messenger box. So our team will work on it or you can contact us by IMPORTANT NOTE paper which we put an event room.
After event how can I talk about my problem or something else i need?
Please contact our team on the IMPORTANT NOTE paper an event room. Then our team will go to your room for more information.
What is meeting capacity?
Meeting capacity is the amount of participants or attendees who are presented at the event. For example, meeting A, has 10 attendees.
What is meeting facilities?
Meeting facilities are the materials which support the event.for example, LCD projector, whiteboard,…
What is meeting set up?
Meeting set up is the style of meeting.For instance, meeting A shapes is U-shape or boardroom.
Which elevator should we use to get 15th or 16th floor, meeting room or SpaciaNet office?
